Where We’re Headed
Our vision is to lead our children in becoming youth of strong spiritual character, as they grow, developing a powerful relationship with Jesus Christ for the purpose of connecting with other youth and guiding them to God.
Why We’re Here
Our mission is to establish and create a safe environment where our youth can learn about authentic praise and worship to the Lord, as they learn about the Holy Spirit and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ.
Core Values

Working Together
Our Teachers
Our teachers work with students and their families to support a spiritual relationship with God. Some of our key connections with families:
- Communicate regularly with our pastor and coordinator for spiritual guidance and direction from God.
- Discuss questions or concerns about the requirements of the lessons.
- Provide information to help parents support the children’s ministry.
- Use the Word of God as our tool for instruction.
Our Parents
Parents are an integral part of our children’s ministry. We encourage you to support, inspire, and assist your child to develop a relationship with God by:
- Discussing and reviewing your child’s lessons, objectives, and activities.
- Reading the Word of God and reinforcing key scriptures at home.
- Listening to your child’s concerns, testimonies, and questions.
- Engaging in prayer, praise, and worship at home.
Our Students
House of Mercy students understand the importance of being a responsible Christian — coming on time, prepared, and ready to learn. Our students will:
- Take home, review, and discuss lessons with parents.
- Ask for help when they have trouble understanding our core values.
- Participate in classroom discussions and group work.
- Read and reflect on the Word of God at home.
- Pray, praise, and worship at home.
