Pastor Palacios leads House of Mercy with a shepherd’s heart and an unshakable belief that no one is beyond the reach of God’s mercy. He is a pastor in the truest sense — one who knows his people by name, who weeps with those who weep and rejoices with those who rejoice. Whether he is preaching the uncompromised Word of God, praying over a hurting family, or simply sharing a meal and a laugh, his desire never changes: that every person who walks through our doors would personally encounter the living presence of Jesus.

For Pastor Palacios, ministry begins at home. As a devoted husband and father, he leads his own family first — and that same love overflows into the way he shepherds the House of Mercy family. He believes the church should feel less like an institution and more like a home: a place where the broken are made whole, the lonely finally belong, marriages and families are restored, and the next generation is raised up to know God for themselves.

His vision is bold and unmistakably Spirit-led — a Spirit-filled, multi-generational family worshiping in both English and Spanish, reaching our community and beyond. A church where souls are saved, families are strengthened, disciples are raised up, and, in God’s timing, a permanent home is built that will carry the Gospel for generations still to come.
